ARRIVAL: Please arrive at least 5 minutes before your appointment time to allow time to relax in the waiting area.
RESCHEDULING YOUR APPOINTMENT: We understand that there are times you are simply unable to make your appointment. Please appreciate we require 12hours notice prior to your appointment. Failure to do so may result in a 50% cancellation charge.
FIX UPS/REFUNDS: We understand that occasionally the end result for your hair is not always what you had in mind, through no fault of your own. In the unlikely event that this happens and we are notified within 72 hours, we will fix the issue free of charge if the error was made by our stylists. If the issue is not resolved after this second visit, we may choose to offer a refund of up to a maximum of 50% of the initial price. If the mistake was not an error of our hair stylists, we will work with you to get to a satisfactory outcome at an agreed price with you. If we are not notified within 72 hours of the unsatisfactory hair treatment/colour or other salon work, Pink Hair and Beauty maintains the right not to fix the issue or provide any refund to you.
